There is NO EXCUSE for 90% of blacks voting for Obama except that they are voting for him BECAUSE HE IS BLACK not because he is the most qualified candidate! There is no other block of voters casting their votes 90% for any one candidate. It’s clear and there is no doubt that blacks are voting for Obama because he’s black.
Blacks (90%) have bought the argument that the Clintons’ played the race card in South Carolina! The Clintons of all people! The Clintons have been staunch supporters of civil rights! How could the blacks (90%) actually believe all of the misrepresentations of the media and Obama surrogates about the Clintons playing the race card! How absurd!
Blacks need to stop and think about what they are doing. Any time a woman gets a promotion in a company just because she’s a woman and not because she’s the most qualified to get the promotion, we all know what happens. The woman falls flat on her face and women in general are blamed for her failure. People say, “See what happened; we put a woman in that position and she couldn’t handle it! It takes a man to do that job!” When a woman is promoted just because she’s a woman, ALL women are hurt! The same holds true for blacks and they know it; they’ve seen it happen.
I am amazed that blacks (90%) are willing to vote for a man who’s only had two years in the Senate for President of the United States! Surely, there’s a little nagging voice in their minds somewhere saying “I’m not sure he’s qualified”! They need to listen to that voice because there are a lot of Republicans and Republican-leaning Independents voting in the Democratic Primaries for Obama. They are crossover voters; they vote for the candidate that they think the Republicans can beat! They WILL NOT vote for Obama in the general election. If Obama manages to win the Democratic Party’s nomination due to all of those crossover voters and the 90% black vote, McCain will win the general election. And, when Obama loses the general election by a landslide, guess which voting block in the Democratic Party will get the blame for the loss!

McCain "Straight Talk Express" Actually Media's "McCain Free Ads Express"
The Time Press has called McCain on his many lies and reversals. The media should stop giving McCain free ads! Every time they refer to his campaign and use the phrase “straight talk express” they are giving him free advertising! The media knows this, of course, and that’s why they keep doing it.
McCain is and has always been the darling of the press! They need to get the stars out of their eyes and try to give unbiased coverage to the Presidential election. The American people deserve no less than unbiased coverage of those running for the highest office in the land.
The media has failed the American public miserably in its coverage of politics during the last couple of decades. We are all now paying the price of one of the media’s failures to give unbiased political coverage and that was their failure to tell the public the truth about Iraq BEFORE Bush launched his war!

Republicans Want Obama to Win Nomination!
Republicans are biding their time behind the curtains just waiting, wishing, and hoping that they get to dance with Obama. If they do, it will be Obama’s last political dance; and, we Democrats will have lost a shining star who was just beginning to shine but who could not help rushing onto the political stage a little too early!
The Republicans will have no problem running against Obama and they all know it! The Clintons have beaten the Republicans over and over again. The Republicans KNOW in their hearts that they don’t won’t to run against Hillary. Be careful for what you wish, YOU MAY GET IT!

The media (and Obama’s campaign) keep saying that Obama has all these small donations coming from millions of people and that Hillary’s supporters are all maxed out! Well, I know of one woman who supports Hillary who has not maxed out, and I bet there are millions of other women (and men) like me. So, today, I went online at http://hillaryclinton.com and made a small contribution to Hillary’s campaign. I’m hoping that millions of more women (and men) like me will do the same.
If you go to the web site you will see that a person can contribute as low as $10. I’m hoping that millions of women (and men) like me will decide to put their money where their hearts are and donate to Hillary’s campaign as soon as possible. Political Expertise of Vendehei and Allen a Myth!

The idea that Vendehei and Allen have any political expertise is the real myth!
Jim Vandehei needs to go back under the rock he crawled out from under in Cincinnati where he was a low-life, beat reporter to whom no one listened! Now, just a couple of years later with Politico.com he has come to believe that he has the all-powerful wand that decides who should run for President of our country!
I don’t know what Vandehei’s been drinking while at Politico.com that suddenly makes him think that he’s so knowledgeable that he has the audacity to tell Hillary Clinton to get out of the race! Guess he feels he has a lot in common with Obama because neither of them has enough experience to qualify them for their jobs!
Vendehei, you are embarrassing yourself and your family; where do you get off thinking that you, of all people, are in a position to tell Hillary Clinton what to do! You’ve never been elected to public office and I doubt that you could be. You’ve never run a political campaign; hell, you’re not even a political strategist!
Wake up, Vendehei, you are still that stupid, beat reporter who has a job with a big title at a .com that some people respect. Notice that I said “some people respect”! I WAS one of those people until Politico.com got too big for its britches and allowed idiots like you and Allen to spout off ridiculous statements that don’t belong on a .com that is supposed to be bipartisan that is now obviously in the tank for Obama!
Mike Allen is obviously infatuated with Obama; I remember the first time I heard him talk about Obama on MSNBC early in the race. Allen had attended one of Obama’s big rallies that week. He was actually shaking and panting; his eyes were wild with jubilation and he just couldn’t say enough about how impressed he was with Obama!
Allen toned his stupid self down somewhat after New Hampshire; but, now he’s out in full bloom, flaming with support for Obama once again. Allen is a coward who slivered away and licked his wounds when Obama was in trouble; he was quiet and timid when he appeared on MSNBC and appeared to be severely depressed.
Of course, now that Allen thinks that Obama’s “race” speech has trumpeted up Obama’s support in the media, he has come out flaming in love with Obama again and telling Obama’s opponent to get out of the race! I saw him on Chris Matthews the other day and his eyes were wild again and he was once again shaking and panting all over for Obama! (Allen, you really need to get hold of yourself; try to practice a little professionalism if you have any! You should consider having yourself evaluated for bipolar disorder!)

Media Playing Race Card NOT Clintons!
On the Tucker Carlson show (February 19, 2008) Tucker continuously repeated a lie saying the Clintons inserted race into the campaign! For Tucker to continue to repeat a statement he KNOWS IS A LIE is irresponsible journalism! The MEDIA injected race into this campaign when the returns came in from New Hampshire and the media knows it! Tucker Carlson was there for the discussions!
Many people, including Lanny Davis on the Tucker Carlson show, have very clearly stated that the comment Bill Clinton made in South Carolina re Jessie Jackson having won in South Carolina was taken out of context. If the media had been interested in accuracy, they would have shown the entire conversation which related to the historical election results in South Carolina! But, THE MEDIA just wants sound bites and ratings so they took what Bill Clinton said out of context and accused him of playing the race card!
The Obama supporters were not playing the race card until the Media started using it! But, after the Media played the race card in New Hampshire, played up and mischaracterized Hillary’s truthful statement re President Johnson and Martin Luther King, and then took Bill Clinton’s statement out of context, the Obama campaign jumped on the bandwagon. I’m sure they thought it would be good for Obama; but, what they were not thinking about and still are not thinking about is the price they will pay for using the race card to try to get the nomination.

The Super Delegates are a part of the process the Democratic Party uses to SELECT its candidate to represent it in the general election. The American public ELECTS a president; but Parties SELECT the person who best represents their values and principles to be a candidate in the ELECTION!
The media should stop referring to the Super Delegates as Undemocratic and misleading the public by indicating that they are a bunch of power brokers in a smoke-filled room who can OVERTURN THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE! The super delegates are a part of the process the Democratic Party uses to SELECT its candidate to represent it in the general election! You may not like the process but it has been out there for everyone and all candidates to see. There’s nothing immoral or misleading about the Super Delegates; there is a reason for them. The super delegates are there to help guarantee that the party is represented by the candidate who is most likely to win the general election.
I have not heard the media refer to the Republican Party’s process of winner-take-all states as undemocratic! Their process does not give the nomination to the candidate who gets the most in the popular vote! The Democratic Party’s process is much more democratic and inclusive than the Republican Party’s process; and, yet, the media attacks the Democratic Party’s process as undemocratic when it appears that Obama may be at a disadvantage in the process!
Obama’s campaign has acted like they were surprised that Super Delegates will be involved in the SELECTION of the Democratic Party’s nominee! When Obama decided to run for the nomination of the Democratic Party, he should have known there were Super Delegates and that in order to win the nomination he had to win their votes in addition to the pledged delegates! If Obama didn’t know he had to win the Super Delegates votes, he is too naïve to represent the Democratic Party and it is further proof that he is not ready for prime time!
Obama’s statement that it would not be fair if he wins more states and more delegates and then loses the nomination by way of the Super Delegates is ludicrous and whiney! Obama and his surrogates are inciting his supporters to revolt against the Democratic Party if he is not its nominee whether he is the actual winner or not! If he does not or cannot win the votes of the super delegates, he cannot win the general election and does not deserve to be the nominee of the Democratic Party!

Democratic Party SELECTING not ELECTING a Nominee!
The Democratic Party’s process for SELECTING (not ELECTING) a nominee INCLUDES Super Delegates. It is absurd to say that the Super Delegates may OVERTURN the will of the people! There is no “will of the people” that applies in this process! The Democratic Party has primaries and caucuses to HELP decide who will be their nominee NOT TO DETERMINE the nominee! If Democrats don’t like this process they can change the process. All those so-called NEW, YOUNG, INSPIRED Obama supporters/voters need to be educated about the Democratic Party’s process before they go rioting if their candidate does not get SELECTED as the nominee!
The Democratic Party is in the process of SELECTING not ELECTING a presidential nominee! The American public ELECTS a President. Groups of citizens who share values and principles get together and decide who would best represent them in the general ELECTION. The groups of people are referred to as “parties” such as the Republican, Democratic, or Green Party. Each Party decides how they will go about SELECTING the person to represent them in the general ELECTION.
IF a party wished to, it could decide that the person WITH THE BIGGEST HEAD would represent them in each general ELECTION and no one could do anything to stop them as long as the people in the party agreed to that method for SELECTING their nominee! No one has a RIGHT to a vote in ANY party unless those who belong to that party decide to have members vote. Of course, a Party truly wishing to win a general election must take into consideration the public’s opinion when they establish their SELECTION processes.
The Republican and Democratic Parties are so large that millions of people are involved in their SELECTION processes; but, those processes are decided by the Parties NOT by the U.S. voters’ rights legislation! Voting in the Democratic Party’s primaries IS NOT A RIGHT! If you are a member of the Democratic Party and the Party has a primary in your state, you do have a right to vote in that primary. But, if at the end of all the primaries, someone is chosen as the nominee for whom you did not vote, your vote has NOT BEEN OVERTURNED! Your vote has been taken into consideration; it has not been overturned!
